Can Chocolate Help Fight Heart Disease?

There is more and more evidence that flavonoids which are found in chocolate may help fight heart disease. I was just reading a story in which a research study in the United Kingdom will study 150 postmenopausal women under the age of 70 with type 2 diabetes. The women will be directed to eat a specially formulated chocolate bar rich in flavonoids once a day for a year. The chocolate will also contain soy which is also rich in flavonoids. If the trial confirms that chocolate is beneficial to at risk patients, this may change the way that heart disease is treated throughout the world.

    Hello All,
    I read some of the concerns about Heart Disease, and the cholesterol levels. It’s very unfortunate what’s going on here. I use to be the type of person that could only pray for people who were experiencing these problems, but now I am involved with the solution for these problems.
